2.1. Selected Package Once your package has been chosen, it cannot be modified. It is, however, possible to upgrade to a higher package.

2.2 Processing Times The standard timeframe is approximately 4 weeks, depending on traffic. For expedited processing (2–3 days or same day): express-service

2.3 Photo Selection Selection can be done immediately after the session or during a second appointment, according to your preference and studio availability. In the event of a no-show for the selection appointment, your file loses its priority.

2.4 Finalization Once the selection is confirmed, the photos go directly into processing. No modifications can be made (except for adding photos, billed as an extra).

2.5 30-Day Limit Clients have 30 days after their session to make their selection. Past this deadline: Our team will make a professional selection on your behalf. No reviews or modifications will be accepted. No rate adjustment can be claimed.
