Terms and conditions

1.0 — Late Policy
In order to respect our schedule and ensure optimal service for all our clients, we have a strict policy regarding lateness. 
🚫 No-show without a call 1 hour in advance: $50, even for a short delay

1.1 Mandatory Communication
Any delay must be reported by phone at 514 223-7604 as soon as possible. This allows us to manage our logistics and limit the impact on our team's productivity.  

1.2 Applicable Fees for Delays
Additional fees are automatically applied based on the following situations:
⏱️ 1 to 10 minutes late (even if the client calls): $35
⏱️ 11 to 30 minutes late (even if the client calls): $50
⏱️ More than 30 minutes late: the deposit is automatically forfeited, and the session is canceled without possibility of rescheduling.
These fees cover waiting time, logistical impacts, and the reorganization of our schedule.

1.3 To ensure a smooth progression of sessions and to respect the schedule of all our clients:
•    The client must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time of their appointment.
•    Any client not present at the exact appointment time will be considered late.
•    An information and consent document must be completed before the start of the session.
•  Delays caused by external factors such as weather, traffic, parking difficulties, or other unforeseen events are not considered valid exceptions.  It is the client's responsibility to allow enough time to arrive on time, regardless of the circumstances.  A late fee of $35 will be automatically applied, without notice, even in cases of conditions beyond the client's control.


2.0 RESCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
No changes can be made on the same day as the session.
⏱️ For any request received less than 48 hours in advance, a fee of $50 will be charged.
(If you wish to change the date of your session, the request must be made at least 48 hours in advance - A date change will be accepted)


3.0 CANCELLATION 
- ANY CANCELLATION WILL RESULT IN A LOSS OF THE DEPOSIT.


4.0 PROCESSING TIMES

4.1 Fixed Package with Upgrade Option
Once the package is chosen, no modifications are possible. However, it is possible to upgrade to a higher package, if desired.

4.2 Photo Selection
After the session, you will be able to make your photo selection immediately.
However, depending on the workload or available time, the selection may not be completed on-site. In this case, an appointment will be given to finalize everything.

4.3 Absence at the Selection Appointment
If you do not show up for this appointment, your priority will be lost.
Once your selection is made, your order will be processed after the others waiting, and you will have to wait.

4.4 Selection and Modifications
Once your selection is confirmed, the photos enter processing automatically.
No modifications will be accepted, except for the addition of photos, which will incur additional charges.


4.5 POST-SESSION PHOTO SELECTION
To ensure effective and fair processing of orders, clients have a period of one (1) month following their session to make their photo selection.  After this period, and without feedback from their part, the company will proceed to select the photos independently, without prior consultation or approval from the client.

No claims or requests for modifications will be accepted afterward.
This policy aims to ensure quality service while considering operational realities, particularly price adjustments related to the cost of living.


5.0 PRICE UPDATES 
Should the packages or prices be modified between the time you have your session and your selection:

A- The package and price will remain unchanged if your selection is completed within 2 months following the change.

 B- After this period, we will make adjustments to your billing, without notice.
